| |  | | | | TRM is proud to pre-release PROCUT Lite, an economical back-gauge controller, designed for use with smaller guillotines. PROCUT Lite is a standalone guillotine back-gauge controller, running on our SMC Motion Controller with an integral PLC. PROCUT Lite was designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom and uses TRM's BlackThorn operating system. PROCUT Lite has been developed from the long standing product “PROCUT“ which is one of the worlds most accurate guillotine back-gauge systems and includes a host of features.
Because of the logistics of mounting a controller on some guillotines, PROCUT Lite has been designed to be mounted on a range of arms making installation quick and easy. The case is robust and even includes a sun shield, along with a strong aluminium front panel to avoid damage when excessive force is used. One major advantage of the product is that it can be upgraded so that when the product advances, upgrades can be obtained to allow the latest innovations to be implemented locally. PROCUT Lite is a reduced I/O version of PROCUT, which means that it is economically priced while supporting many of the PROCUT advantages.

The PROCUT controller is lightweight weighing just 1kg and with low power consumption, at only 4 watts, we are helping to lowering your carbon footprint as well as saving on operating costs. The TFT LCD colour screen offers a screen resolution of 320 x 240 pixels and 65536 colours, which gives a bright, crisp display that is easy to read, even at wide angles.
